Redcap&Truss acted as a Strategic Advisor to the ownership of Ace Home Ltd. (“Ace Homes”) with their newly formed partnership with Panthera Homes Ltd. (“Panthera”) where jointly they will be focused on building custom homes in Western Canada under the Ace Homes banner.
Redcap&Truss acted as a Strategic Advisor and facilitated a transaction by:
- Working with both Ace Homes and Panthera’s executives on deal structuring and valuation
- Analyzing Ace Homes historical and budgeted business plans to develop initial framework of relative contribution
- Quarterbacking due diligence and documentation communications between parties
- Advising on the LOI (letter of intent) and Definitive Documentation (Limited Partnership Agreement and Unanimous Shareholder Agreement)
