(“Whissell” or the “Company”) on the sale of the Company’s municipal landfill and waste management business to Environmental 360 Solutions Inc. (“E360S”). Whissell’s landfill division has operated since 1998, providing landfill management services operating 12 landfills including three in the City of Calgary, the City of Red Deer, the Drumheller & District Solid Waste Management Association, and the City of Lethbridge in Alberta as well as the City of Chilliwack, the District of Summerland, the Town of Osoyoos, and three landfills in the Peace River Regional District in BC.
The acquisition of Whissell’s landfill operations expands E360S’ current service offerings into municipal landfill management.
