Golfuture YYC, based in Calgary Alberta, owns and operates Calgary’s premiere golf and golf entertainment facility that features Toptracer Range Technology, the world’s #1 smart golf range technology platform, as well as a fully-integrated traditional driving range, nine-hole executive golf course, golf-academy, mini-golf and casual dining facilities and services.
Golfuture YYC was sold to Chrysalis Golf Ventures in 2023.
Redcap&Truss acted as a financial advisor to Golfuture YYC and facilitated a transaction by:
- Analyzing Golfuture YYC’s financial statements, asset list and its service offering (both historical and future) and developing an initial estimate of value
- Creating a target list of suitors and drafting all marketing materials to be used with potential buyers
- Approaching targets and gauging their interest in continuing a dialogue with Golfuture YYC
- Quarterbacking all due diligence and documentation communications required between Golfuture YYC’s advisory team and Chrysalis Golf Ventures
- Advising on the LOI (letter of intent) and Definitive Documentation with Chryslais Golf Ventures
